Can’t make it to a local Big Latch On? Be counted virtually!

All the breastfeeding or expressing selfies posted with the hashtag #mybiglatchon2019 during Friday August 2nd, Saturday August 3rd and Sunday August 4th will be included in the Big Latch On count. If you cannot make it in person to a location you can still take part and be counted!

The Selfies event is designed to coexist with participation in the physical Global Big Latch On event, rather than replacing it, as a way of creating more ways for people to feel supported and connected while breastfeeding. This event increases positive public images of breastfeeding and expressing.

Selfie instructions

• Selfies can be posted to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #mybiglatchon2019
  You must include the hashtag in order for your selfie to be counted!

  • If uploading to Facebook, the selfie can either be shared on your own Facebook page, or to the Global Big Latch On Facebook page (or both). PLEASE NOTE: The Global Big Latch On Facebook page is a PUBLIC PAGE and Global Big Latch On cannot be responsible for the privacy of photos uploaded onto our page or other online platforms.
